Project Overview
Elevate Estate is a subscription-based property management platform that helps manage the business activities of real estate agents, landlords, and customers looking for properties. The system offers an integrated way to manage listings, rentals, inspections, lead management, staff management, and money transfers.
The system has been developed in order to resolve functional and usability problems of the client’s old system of the client. New features include property search and filtering, inspection scheduling, subscription-based property management, and payment integration through Stripe. The solution was developed using Laravel and PHP with MySQL as a database.

Business Challenge
Reliability Issues with Property Search & Filters
In the former system, property searches using filters were problematic and needed improvement to create an efficient experience of property discovery.
Poor Inspection Process Control
The process of managing inspections was not effective enough, causing problems for agents, landlords, and people conducting inspections. The need to optimize the inspection process was recognized.
Inadequate Property Management Functions
The current platform does not allow efficient property management, including controlling property listings, property-related documents, staff, and other processes involving properties.
Complications with Subscription Management
Because the platform works on the subscription principle, it needs an easy way for agents to choose subscription plans.
Online Payment Processing Needs
For the client to have a better online payment experience, especially when paying rentals and subscriptions, secure integration with Stripe was required.

Property Management Centralization This application allows agents and property owners to manage their property listing, property data, documents, photos, maps, inspection scheduling, and other activities through one central system. More sophisticated search functionality makes it easier for users to find properties that would fit their needs.
Inspection & Payment Centralization A centralized inspection management process was introduced to help agents manage their property inspection schedules and coordination between agents, property owners, and inspectors. Payment processing was simplified via integration with Stripe.
